A traditional Chinese 357g tea cake pressed using Pu’er tea. Usage: gently break off a piece of the cake, approx. 4-6g / pot or 3g / cup, rinse with hot water approx. 10 sec. Recommended brewing: 90°C 1.5-3 min.
