"One early spring, years ago, I set out to find a full-bodied green tea. I didn’t find what I was looking for, but discovered something completely different. That’s when I got the idea for a tea shop where fresh tea would always be available. My personal favorite is a fresh, large-leaf Taiwanese Oolong. Its sweet aftertaste lingers for a long time and always makes me smile."
