Products in stock are shipped within 1–2 business days after order processing.
Delivery time within Finland: 3–4 business days.
Returns
- Consumers have a 14-day cancellation right according to Finnish and EU consumer protection law, applicable to products that are not perishable or related to hygiene.
- Loose tea and other food products are excluded from the right of return, as they may spoil or are considered hygiene items.
- The right of return applies to other products, such as tea accessories (infusers, teapots), provided they are unused and in their original condition.
- Our customer service will provide instructions and the return address for all eligible returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the product and packaging and send them to our customer service. This allows us to file a damage report with the carrier and send you a replacement product as quickly as possible.
If you received the wrong or defective product, please contact customer service immediately. We will arrange the return and ensure that a replacement product is sent promptly.
