Oolong tea

Oolong tea

Oolong tea, or Wulong tea, is a partially oxidized tea category, falling somewhere between green and black tea. Oolong types vary from green to dark, and fruity to roasty, depending on the amount of oxidation and how the leaves are dried. Oolong tea has enough flavour for several infusions, and the best qualities can be brewed up to ten times.
